Married Married! (or sold off?) =p
Finally married off! My 2nd sis got married on 17th July. The whole family was tossed upside down and was sooooo busy. It's a chore to get married. Phew! Gets up at 4.30am, have "traditional breakfast", make up (2 hrs), sisters gather to tekan groom, bargain for ang bao, pang teh at in-laws place, at our home (Don't think it's easy feat when 50 seniors are waiting for you to pang teh to them!!! Not including 20++ kids wanting to pang teh to you and get your ang baos too! *faint*)Don't even think it's over then. You've got to rush down to hotel, de-makeup, make up 2nd time again and prepare for the evening dinner. The late night dinner wun end till 11pm and families and frens would linger till 12 plus then go home. Wah... we the helpers are equally drained out as the bride ah. By the time we hit the pillows at home, it's 2am already. Till now still trying to recuperate from the hectic day..... but it's a Happy Occassion, at least. =)
